Our Team - led by partner Dr. Agnes Balassa - recently closed a large M&A deal, the sale of Mammut, one of the biggest shopping malls in Budapest, in form of a share deal. The large scale transaction took place over a 6-month period, during which Agnes succesfully assisted the Seller through difficult negotiations and several deadlocks, leading to a signing and closing in downtown Frankfurt to the satisfaction of both sides of the transaction.
